Great for added workout while walking the dog.
I walk my dog about 2 miles multiple times a week. I'm trying to be better about doing it daily. But living in the PNW sometimes you just don't want to venture out in the cold lol I figured I'd order one of these guys as sorted a why not since I'm already going to be walking I might add some weight/resistance so I could get a work out too while my dog gets his. I am 225 pounds and typically wear a size xl sometimes 2x because I have a larger 42 DDD chest. I first ordered the 10/12 pound one but the fit was really weird and had I not been wearing sweaters it would have chaffed my arms/armpits. These are definitely designed more for a man's body shape than a women's. I ended up sending it back and ordering a 20 pound one. I couldn't find measurements anywhere which I think need to be listed for situations like this. I ordered based on what the pictures looked like and sizing up would give me an extra strap and th3 pqck looked bigger which in my mind meant more flexibility and I was right. The 20 pound one is so much more comfortable to wear. Picking it up it feels very heavy and I struggle to get it on but wearing it i honestly don't notice the difference between this one and the 10 pound one and I forget I'm even wearing it most of the time. I've even ran a short distance with it and didnt notice it much then either. Within a month of using it I lost 20 pounds which was pretty cool. I'm sure if I was more consistent with our walking I'd probably lose more as well Read more

Does what it needs to do. Gets the job done. I definitely felt the difference on my initial walk. I got the 10lb vest. If you want to add more weights you may want a different type vest. There is a netted pouch in the back of the vest where you could add small plates just not sure of the durability of the netted material over time. Read more
