Poor quality and bad customer service
I was really disappointed in the quality of these boots and the customer service. As you can see from the pictures, the stitching on BOTH boots started coming undone after only three months of owning them. When I contacted the company about this, they told me to take them to a shoe repair place and that they couldn’t help me further because I bought the boots on shopbop instead of their website. They also deleted the poor review I tried to leave which explains why these boots have five stars on their web site. Overall I’m very disappointed and wish I had saved my money. Read more
