The Fredorch 200W Premium machine is an awesome machine at this price point. Unlike the similarly priced machines from HiSmith (or others) you can change the stroke and pattern on the fly. It's a wild experience that is unlike anything I had felt from a machine before. Like other users have mentioned, the control box (with the knobs) is pretty much useless so I wouldn't bother getting that version, the handheld remote works perfectly, and supposedly there is an app for control as well but I haven't yet tried that. This machine supports two extension rods (one in each direction for double user fun) but it is driven by one servo motor and a belt drive system. I wouldn't say that this is more powerful than a typical HiSmith premium machine (the $500 dollar ones) but again, the versatility with adjustable stroke on the fly is a huge bonus. The only issue I've had with the machine is that it's kind of loud at the upper limits. Not even the motor, but the metal casing around the the device. I found if you want to make it quieter you can either take the shell off (risky) or add some rubber washers to it which is what I did. That helped a lot with the buzzing noise. When I say it's loud I don't mean it's genuinely loud, I just mean it's louder than a HiSmith, your neighbors aren't going to hear it but if you have other people in your house they might. The legs on this are hollow metal tubs as opposed to the HiSmith machines. This is clearly a cost saving measure but luckily it's an easy fix. They are the same diameter as the ones the HiSmith uses so if you had one of those already you can simply use those tubes. Otherwise, amazon actually sells the tubes here and they aren't expensive at all. You can get 500mm length (about the same as the standard tubes) for $30 a piece. You can also get cheaper non-chromed rods but no promises they won't rust just from normal humidity (the chromed ones won't, nor will stainless steel). The reason you may want to swap out the hollow tubes for solid ones is simply due to weight. If you prop this up against a wall or something, you don't need to swap the tubes out but if you're going to use it free standing and plan on using toys that offer any sort of resistance you're going to want the added weight of the solid tubes. Still though, HiSmith's Servok toy which is the only one they make that offers on the fly stroke length changes is up to 5X more expensive as this fredorch. It might be stronger than this but for most normal users the Fredorch is going to be fine. I have used it successfully with 3.2 inch diameter toys... What a ride! Read more
Not 200w equivalent pushing force, not even close…really disappointed because everything else (besides the hollow legs) was really great. The stepper motors stall under any resistance, so not good for big toys as I’d hoped. I have another machine of the same wattage(the ynot) and for power it beats this thing hands down. The only comparable machine to this is $1500 so if you were to just base it on cost alone, it would be five stars all day long. However there are a couple of things that I can’t get past. I just can’t give it high marks because of some of these flaws. Let me start with the positives. It’s very powerful. It has enough power for even an extreme user. Adjusting the stroke and the speed, and combinations of those things on the fly is very cool and definitely adds another dimension. Especially if you’ve been using a plain old reciprocating toy. If you are considering this instead of a plain old crankshaft type, then this is definitely a better toy and probably not much more money than some of the ones that are out there. There’s one mode where you lower the distance down to zero and speed it all the way up and it becomes a completely different toy altogether and is mind blowing. Now for some of the things I found wrong.1. They say that you can control it with an app, but I cannot find the app that works for it. The little instruction booklet is poorly translated and is very hard to understand. The QR code for the app in the booklet does not work and their website is atrocious with no place to download the app instructions or anything else that would help you get this set up. 2. The wireless remote that comes with it has to be pointed at it from a certain angle or it doesn’t work, so if you’re by yourself, you’re going to ruin the mood trying to aim the remote. I had better luck with the wired remote but again I guess that’s personal preference. Some reviewers say you don’t need the wired remote but I disagree. 3. The built-in modes were fine, but it wasn’t long before I felt the need to wanna make my own program. Without the app you can’t make a custom program. I may be doing something wrong, but I cannot make this app QR code work. Actually, it seems kind of sketchy because it opens a webpage that is just blank so my new iPhone might have malware on it now. 4. The legs that this comes with are hollow and very lightweight. luckily for me I also have another brand machine that had heavier legs that fit. Without heavier legs this thing does not stay put unless you have it up against the wall, so it doesn’t really work that good in a bed. It has enough power that it’ll just push itself away from you. Overall, I do like it but the couple of things that are wrong with it couldn’t possibly cost much more and I would be happy to pay 100 more have a working app and that still makes it a third of the price of the competition. Hopefully they care about Customer Service and see this review and do something about the app and then I will happily come back here and give it five stars. Read more
I have tried several different sex machines before this one and I was never very impressed. I bought this because it states that it is 200w with around 6 inch thrust. Well I can tell you that it does have major power and good thrust. I wish they made these with 10 or 12 inch thrust in an affordable version but they do not. They do make this version which has 6 inches of thrust. I can speak to the power of this machine, it handles without issue my biggest toys. I have only used this a couple of times but I am in love with it. The remote works perfect. The on the fly adjustment for speed and depth are so awesome you have to try them for yourself. I might have to try for myself again later tonight. All jests aside the machine has the power, the versatility, and the stroke length that you are looking for. Do your self a favor and get this ASAP.
