I initially ordered this as a surprise for my partner but unfortunately when it arrived I couldn't get it to power on properly. However- to my surprise the seller was actually extremely helpful in walking me through a solution (one of the internal wire plugs had come loose during shipping so the fix was as simple as plugging it back in). Since then it has worked flawlessly. We use it with the supplied remote, I tried using the app to control it but I couldn't quite figure it out so the remote is just easier for us. The included accessories are nice, I like that they included the suction cup adapter so that you can use your own toys without needing a special connection. Overall the machine itself is a lot of fun and I'm glad I got it, considering the price point of similar machines like the servo hismith and shockspot (both $2,000). That being said the controls are something you have to learn. The wired control was expected to be the best way and is pretty much useless for controlling it as it takes multiple clicks of each dial making it feel more like a safety issue. The wireless remote is good once you figure it out, but sadly it uses the same frequency as my landscape lighting so I can't use it unless I turn them off or want my house to look like a disco is going on during playtime. The only reliable way to control it is using the xtoys app through my phone. The extension rod, flat plate adapter, spring adapter, and vaculock adapter are all good. The dildo that shipped with it is made of questionable materials and doesn't have the best feel, but my expectations for that were very low. The case for it is a bit difficult to use but again my expectations were low for that as well. A side note, the pipes are hollow instead of solid metal. So the main reason I bought it, I've found a way to make work, however the manufacturer could tweak it to hit all the marks for little to no more additional cost. Read more
