I love this! Took a lil bit to get used to vs regular straps, but I like them better! I use them in my heaviest deads and rows to help with my grip. I like the smell of leather to these ☺️😅 pointless to what they’re for but anyways, they definitely help me grip the bar & takes away the strain off the wrists (if you use them how you’re supposed to) & I like how cute they are!! I've tried a couple of different gloves, but they weren't working; they were too hot, finger-out gloves were still leaving me with calluses and pain. These have been working great. No more pain and calluses from lifting. The wrist strap was a little odd, but I got over that quickly.
