This little French dog key holder was packed well and arrived without any damage. First of all, this cute little statue Would make a great statement piece on your entryway table or nightstand. It is so fun, you will be more likely to use it to store your keys and wallet, and may not have to search for them again. The over quality and finish of this statue is good. It comes with an extra pair of glasses that you can put on the bulldog – which looks pretty cute! Please note: a different type of sunglasses are already baked onto the face of the dog, but this did not bother me, because if I didn’t like the glasses that came with it, it would still look perfectly fine without the extra glasses, and would change the style up a little bit. There are adhesive pads to stick the tray onto, so it doesn’t fall when you place your keys, change, or wallet in the tray. (It could also be used as a candy dish.)It also works as a “piggy bank“ within easy access plug at the bottom of the statue. This gives you the option to leave your change on the tray or save them for a rainy day. This would make an awesome gift! We named him Higgins. He adds personality! I love that he came with the extra pair of sunnies - the round ones - and I also love that he's a piggy bank. He's fairly stable, but the more coins you insert, the heavier and more stable he gets. The tray is in proportion to the dog, and looks good, but don't expect it to hold very much, because this is a relatively small item. It holds my set of keys perfectly, and could hold a second set, but it probably wouldn't hold any more than that. Another thing is that the bright gold tray doesn't go with my stuff, so I might paint the tray a pewter color and paint his bow tie white. Another option would be to find a tray at the thrift store, because I think you could stick any little tray you want on his paws. (The tray's held on by self adhesive stickers.) I'll update my photos if I change the tray. But regardless, I love this little guy, he's perfect for any dog lover, and he makes us smile every time we see him. Read more
