GREAT PRODUCT, It Works! My upright vac had developed a horrific odor that I could NOT get rid of no matter what. I had it professionally serviced and it still "stunk" when I used it. I don't know what happened to cause this disgusting smell but it was in my vacuum and it seemed it was there to stay! It's an expensive vac but I thought it was going to have to go to the trash pile because the odor was just so offensive. The odor would linger in the area I vacuumed for quite some time and was unbelievable. I took a chance and ordered this thinking that I don't have anything to lose by trying it. I am amazed this worked so well. I ordered the "Original". This has a very pleasant Spa like fragrance. Lots of positives with this product such as ...it's plant based not a synthetic fragrance. It's cruelty-free, Non-Hazardous and made in the USA. I have 3 small little dogs so this is important to me. Because the odor in my vac was so bad, I used 2 capfuls instead of the recommended 1 cap. The cap is pretty shallow anyway. This product surpassed my expectations. I had been spraying a tissue with a perfume that costs $140.00 and putting it in the vac bag with NO good results. Worked great in my hand held Bissell vacuum. I use the vacuum in my bed to get rid of dag hair & the vacuum was starting to smell. I used a small amount in the canister & it smells so good. Read more
These work well to provide a nice smell that emits from the vacuum cleaner. It doesn’t get rid of odors but does a decent job of at least masking them. You just have to be careful when emptying your vacuum, if you have little ones the small fragrance beads can pose a hazard. The scent does last a good while but if you empty your vacuum after every use, you’ll likely go through these very quickly. I only add about a teaspoon or two to my vacuum once a month or so. These work fantastic in our Miele C3 Kona Canister Vacuum. I drop a capful into every new bag and it helps make everything smell fresh. The smell is not overpowering, but it is also not subtle. I enjoy it. We have a large dog and two cats so our vacuum gets smelly very quickly with all the vacuuming we do. Staying on top of filter upkeep as well as using these beads in every new bag has made a huge difference. Read more

Honestly, I don't know what I was expecting. I think I got caught up with the other reviews and the gimmick of this item. Upon opening the package I found a rather small plastic bottle filled with lime scented beads. The beads smell nice. I can't lie. The smell is refreshing and light and nice. I followed the directions and put the beads inside of the filter part of my vacuum. Using the vacuum each time it emits a nice lime smell. It doesn't really stay in the air. It kind of disappears quickly. I took a few tablespoons of the beads and I put them inside of a small glass dish and I put it on a shelf in my living room by the front door. You could very very very faintly get a mild whiff when you came through the door but it was more like an afterthought or one of those "did I just smell something?" Take on things. Definitely stronger in the filter part of my vacuum cleaner, but again I believe this is more of a pricey gimmick versus anything that provides any long lasting odor relief. I like that the item does have a faint fresh smell versus very floral and chemical like. Even pouring a good amount of the beads directly into a glass dish didn't do much. I had to refresh the beads completely after a week or two of every other day use. Read more
Give it a little bit of time to work, because it works WONDERS. My vacuum was giving off an awful smell like a dirty, sweaty gym that's been fermenting for weeks, and just a capful helped neutralize that odor. I gave it a day and the vacuum still smelled funky, but it's been a few months off of that one capful and my vacuum smells SO much better. Read more
These beads quickly freshened up my upright shark vacuum! We have 3 dogs and over time the vacuum air just gets gross, even with regularly cleaning the filters. These help to disperse a fresh scent while I’m cleaning up all the dog hair! I’ll be reordering more, even though they are fairly expensive. Well worth it in my eyes. And a little seems to go a long way in terms of being able to notice the freshness. Read more
