Excellent! Was always curious about Cordyceps and so glad i finally tried them. I take Lions Mane with my caffeine in the morning and have for a few years, it always gets my day started nicely after a good nights rest. I used to have a second dose of caffeine mid day but now i prefer Cordyceps in the afternoon. Much easier on the body. The recommended dose is 2 capsules which i found to be a little mild.
