The media could not be loaded. The juicer works very well with soft fruit like lemons. Unlike the advertisement for this product, you DO need to cut the fruit or vegetables into smaller pieces and you absolutely CANNOT put in fruit with thick skin on it like oranges or lemons. You do you need to remove thick peels. The juicer will reverse by itself to unclog. Then you restart it again. For vegetables like ginger, the juicer will get stuck and reverse itself numerous times until it can break down the root. It’s a tiny bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker and much easier than smaller juicers. It’s relatively easy to clean if you’re just rinsing it in water. The directions do not indicate that it is dishwasher safe, thus you will need to wash it by hand. As long as it is dismantled, it does not take up a lot of space to store. I purchased this at 50% off ($100). For what it does, the price is worth it. The color is beautiful and it is easy to work with. I’ve only had it for one day, so we’ll see how it holds up. Read more

I am impressed with this juicer. It was well priced ($50). It is relatively quiet. It is very effective at juicing a wide variety of fruits an veggies. It separates the pulp well, and it's relatively dry. When juicing whole oranges, the juice is somewhat pulpy, but still very good and easy to drink. I really like my juicer. It simply does what it should quickly and is very easy to clean. I have juiced fruits, herbs and roots with it and I have not had any issues with any of them jamming the machine. The taste of the fresh squeezed juice is so much better than bottled and frankly it is just fun to use. If we have fruits or vegetables in the fridge that are at the end of their shelf life, I run them through the juicer and they are reborn as a tasty drink. The juice you get from the machine is often thicker than I was expecting (pulpy) which in my opinion indicates less is going to waste out the shoot. Toward the end of the summer we were overrun by a bumper tomato crop that produced far more than we could eat, sauce, or give away. I was able to quickly turn a 5 gallon bucket of tomatoes from the garden into homemade bloody Mary mix which I froze into cubes. Read more

This product was OK until still under warranty. The machine broke . Numerous times, Try to get a hold of the manufacture to replace the part that was broken . They finally answered my email after several times of notifying them said they were going to send me a replacement have not received anything well over two months. Went through Customer service to get in touch with the manufacturer they say they did, but yet still nothing!!!! I do not recommend buying this product. Went on web to try to get customer service number. Nothing is available !!!! Customer service is very poor. No one to contact. Do not hold up to their warranty.
