After only 7 weeks, the stop/cancel button has stopped working. I even unplugged the unit and plugged it back in thinking maybe it would reset all the controls, but it did nothing so it’s going back. Read more

I used it a handful of times, and last night was the last time I will use it. Not only does it get extremely hot in the air fry mode I saw sparks inside. Not a safe product, and to think I swore by Frigidaire products, not to mention that this isn't the same microwave/air fryer that is shown in the ad, there apparently are two different ones. Smaller inside than expected, air fryer part damaged when we received it.

Came damaged, when using the microwave it was fine, when we tried to use the air fryer part when we first got it the fan scraped against the metal in the back and made a horrible noise. Box was damaged when we got it, it was in the original box like you pulled it from a Walmart shelf or something. No other cushioning or outer box for protection. We had to do a return since it didn't work correctly. Read more
