Won't freeze

I received the product undamaged. Instructions were simple. I plugged it in and it started right up. One thing I noticed is the display temperature is backwards. Doesn't affect its performance but is annoying when you're trying to monitor the temp. It has been running for three days and the temp hasn't dropped below 32 degrees F. I purchased it solely for a freezer. Probably just a faulty product. Read more
