This probiotic works to eliminate my gas and bloating! The jury is still out. I did lose 3 lbs early on, but no more. Very gassy at first, almost feel like I released pent up gas. Not as much now but I do feel less bloat. No cons, but not sure it’s worth the $$$. Too much overhead on the attractive high end packaging. Lower the price and go with just your bottle design. This product is Amazing! I was buying another brand for $60/bottle and needed something similar and am grateful to have found these. Super convenient as it contains several supplements, economical for us that are doing our best to be healthy. I do have some advice for better digestion. Stop drinking liquids 30 minutes prior to eating and wait 30 minutes to drink after and never drink anything cold with a meal, imagine ice water mixing with melted cheese in your stomach and your enzymes trying to break it all down. Also imagine the 16oz drink you had waiting for your food in your stomach then adding a meal to it. No wonder we’re stuffed by a small healthy meal! Take your time and enjoy your food! Sit down and chew slowly. Your enzymes love breaking down little pieces of food and makes your tummy much happier than trying to digest big chunks of that protein you just ate.
