I was so tired of buying the cheap little girls panties with the thin elastic on the legholes that dig into skin and leave imprints. Then if you buy a size larger, they are loose and baggy. So needless to say, I was looking for an alternative, and I definitely found it! These Fruit of the Loom panties are perfect. I love the material, it is thin, breathable, and stretchy. It doesnt have the thin elastic on the legholes. My girls love them. I bought a size Large for my 7 year old-she is between a size 8 & 10 in "regular" panties. They have some room to grow, but are definitely not baggy. I bought a size medium for my 6 year old that wears more like an 8 slim, and they are a perfect fit. They both say they are very comfortable, and dig through their drawer after bath time to find these underwear! I have washed them many, many times and they are just like new. The only complaint I have is they aren't available to buy in a larger quantity. It really doesnt even bother me that they only come in nude, white, black and pink. Just let me buy a 10 pack!! They are breathable, she does not complain of them riding up or falling down, there is no tag which helps with comfort and the colors are great for any light colored clothing. We come up a bit high on my daughters waist seeing a little bit more of her shirt comes up and they are not seamless at all. Really impressed with these! I'm a grown woman but small in stature (92 lbs, 4'11", with 33" hips and a 23" waist) and the extra large fits like a charm. I got the nude/white combo just so I'd have a pair of comfortable bikini-style undies that I could wear particularly under dresses with thin fabric that might show black or other vibrant-colored underwear. Not only do these fit the bill, but I was pleasantly surprised at just how comfy they are; the material is soft and stretchy enough to feel nice against the skin, without being too flimsy nor too thick. The cut isn't the cutest -- they're a typical bikini-style with a mid-rise waist -- but they get the job done. I guess I can see what others mean about the leg holes being on the small side, but my thighs aren't particularly thin and the leg holes feel fine to me.
