A little background....I've ordered size 8 briefs for years (wear size 12 normally). I'm thinking maybe I might have been getting hip huggers? Because my old briefs didn't come up nearly as high as these. Anyway.....I ordered these and as I took them out of the package, I thought "oh my gosh, these are HUGE!" I was thinking there's no way I could wear those, or even risk people seeing them in the laundry. They seemed THAT big to me. Fast forward a couple months. I'm not one to waste anything, so I gave these a try. Yes, they're much bigger than I'm used to. But they're soft and comfy! And really don't look THAT bad. No, they're not cute, delicate little panties. At the same time, they provide great coverage and make me look EVEN BETTER in my clothes. No more half-butt hanging out or noticeable panty lines from wearing underwear that may be cute, but doesn't cover well. These are now my favorite underwear, not kidding! Read more

Do you know or have you ever known (or would you want to know) a woman who referred to her underwear as "panties" -- please, we're adults here. Panties are for three-year-old children. Okay, nothing to do with the product, it just irks me to be trivialized. We deserve better. We really do. The undies are nice, about what you would expect for inexpensive, everyday, wear-to-work and throw-in-the-washer basics. Comfortable cotton. The innovation is the waistband. It really is soft, and, so they claim, will not unravel. I've had older waistbands do exactly that, so I have high hopes for these. They fit exactly as expected. I compared the size to previous items from Hanes and they were almost exactly the same. Colors I received were a bit strange, one each of red, red stripes, blue, blue with red print, and a sort of grayish purple. Hmmm. Not pretty, but again, these are meant to be functional and comfortable. Read more

Although I understand everyone's experience is different, I'm not sure why these do not get all 5 stars. So glad to have found a set of cotton underwear without someone's name printed all over it! (Ugh, like you wanna have to see that every time you put them on...maybe it's just me 🤔.) These are made of a soft 100 percent cotton (although I would mention the the waistband is not cotton, but elastic. The legs are also cotton, not elastic.) The cotton is a nice weight (not too heavy, not too thin), which makes it comfortable and breathable. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly! They wash well if washed in the appropriate temperature for 100 percent cotton, and they did not shrink or lose their shape. The attached pictures tell the story. The black pair in both pictures were washed and the pink pair was not. Same, same. So there you have it. If you want breathable, comfortable panties that do not bunch or ride up and do not have some designer's name all over them, try them and you will be happy you did. Read more
