Underbreast skin health can be a real challenge after breastfeeding a little sucker and lugging around 2 gallons on your chest for a year! Going from an A-/B+ to a D+ cup size after weaning is a shock to the system, but the real difficulty for me was the lack of air circulation under the girls, after. Now, as menopause is finally knocking on the door, the hot flashes and hormonal shifts are again wreaking havoc on sensitive skin. I've found that always wearing a bra helps, and a loose option for sleeping in a natural fabric is even better. The pouch for the removable padding was an unexpected bonus... I love using probiotics for skin issues, but many of the creams and such that are made for skin, contain whatever strains some kook decided to add, instead of the tried and true. So, instead of reinventing the wheel over it, I just sprinkle my favorite probiotic capsule into those little pouches, and allow motion and moisture to carry it to my skin. It's helped a lot, and bras like these make it simple. It might not be as important as comfortable support after surgery, and I have scars up and down my back from my own trips under the knife, so I say that with heartfelt empathy. This is simply my reason for needing such bras, and I'm very happy to have them, especially ones I don't have to tailor to avoid uniboobness😂 The whole idea for me is to avoid having any new areas of skin that get no air circulation, so uplifting the area underneath while smooshing them together, doesn't really accomplish anything. I've tried sewing gathers into the front of classic style sports bras, and that helps, but the front hooks add more structure to keep the girls from wandering to greener pastures. Overall, this is a perfect lounge-at-home bra, providing enough support for skin health and/or recovery. I love it for its purpose, but I'd never expect it to work for high impact exercise, or to make me look fabulous when decked to the 9's. This was exactly what I was looking for. Cotton rich, comfortable easy to take on and off. I have rotor cuff pain and needed something that was not pull on but comfortable to wear. I normally wear size 42DDD, but got the size 44 in case of shrinking or tightness. The size 44 was just a tad large, so I am good if it shrinks or not. The hooks were easy to fasten, no problem at all. I to off one star because you only getting one set of the pads. Generally with compression bras, I take the pads out, but for this cotton bra the pads give a bit more support. The bra holds in place. I would not use this as a workout bra if you have large breasts (any size larger than 34C)—especially given one set of pads. If wearing around the house or for sleeping, this is a nice comfortable bra but don’t expect a lot of support. Read more

I was happy to find a front-closing sports bra. I have a rotator cuff issue, and these are easier to put on than the ones that you need to pull on over your head. The bras are very comfortable. I tried one on, and it seems to be true to size. I don't like padded bras, so it's great that the pads can be easily removed. I plan on using them for exercise so I don't care that mch about the colors, but the colors (grey, black, and white) are nice. The material is a little "scratchy," but, in general the material is soft. I'll wash them before I wear them. That should take care of the problem. Read more
