Fuinloth Womens Faux Suede Skirt Button Closure A-Line High Wasit Mini Short Skirt

For reference, I'm 5'6" and 120 lbs, and I got a size medium even though I usually wear a size small. I'm glad I sized up because the skirt fits me just a tad loosely and it has hidden drawstrings inside. This drawstring adjustability is very handy for tucking tops into the skirt, for wearing it right on the waistline, and for going out to eat and sitting down for a long time. Overall I'm very impressed with this skirt! It's really cute and comfortable. The shape is very flattering and the length is perfect. I'm glad I took a chance on it despite being almost scared off by the negative reviews of the buttons. The buttons aren't terrible, but a couple of them did feel slightly loose at times. Before the 2nd time I wore this skirt, I used a needle and thread to add some simple reinforcement on the top 4 buttons, since those are the ones that get the most use. I've worn the skirt several times now and I haven't had any buttons fall off. I love the material. I was worried it would be suffocating for the summer but it's definitely not. I liked the fit and material, but the buttons are VERY cheap looking. The fabric is thick, held up to washing on cold and drying on light heat. The drawstring was helpful. I think I got an XS. My waist is 24-24.5” and hips are 38”. Read more

I ordered this skirt in both medium and large because it offers free returns and I wasn't sure what size I would be. For size reference, I'm 5'9", 160 lbs, 38" chest, 30" waist, 44" hips - definitely pear shaped. I am typically a medium in skirts, but in this case I kept the large. It is slightly too big on me in the waist, but as other reviewers pointed out, there is an incredible built in drawstring on the inside of the skirt! I wish every skirt came with this feature!!! What a genius idea! So I kept the large because it fit better over my hips and then I just cinch it in on the waist with the tie. The quality of the material is AMAZING! So soft and flattering. Drapes beautifully and has just the right amount of movement. I love it so much I ordered the black! I attached some photos of how I've styled it so far - just switching shoes, tights, and jacket and I've got 4 looks instantly! Read more

update- so later that night while wearing the skirt. 3 of the buttons fell out just while i was sitting and it’s not like it was tight. it’s actually kinda loose around my waist but yeah, all the buttons ended up popping off. Absolutely love this skirt! It's very flattering and hides my lower stomach. The material is thick and a good quality. I got lots of compliments on this one! I originally sized up because skirts tend to cling to my hips/lower stomach, but it was too big and I exchanged it for my normal size. Read more
