It's too straight, doesn't account for wrist and palm. The plastic loop at wrist is in a terrible location, caused bruising near my thumb. The smaller finger strap went right over my knuckle and caused additional swelling in my injured finger. I bent the metal piece and cut off the two straps so I could relocate for comfort. After alterations it is a good brace, that'd why 3 stars and not less. Read more

I used this product as a starting point. I bent its metal shaft to fit my finger and padded it to protect my injury and reconfigured the straps a bit to get a fit for my particular hand. I would expect to do all that for any generic product to get a good fit for any specific hand since we are all different. I used it 24/7 for about two months and it lasted. I tried several others and could not make them work. I would purchase this one again. Read more

Don't waste your $$ on this. "Velcro" isn't true Velcro. LOUSY adhesion. Only lasted me a week in light daily use. Bought a different brand (Armstrong America Trigger Finger Splint Middle Finger Brace) and it is sturdier, more adjustable and has real, heavy duty Velcro on it for the same price.
