This is a great pill organizer from Fullicon! It really is large capacity, and I'm able to get my supplements in here easily. It's a black organizer, with rainbow colored tabs, two for each day. You can open each tab from the top to take your medicine both morning and night, but the real winning part is the way you can fast refill it from the bottom of the organizer. If you turn it upside down, the bottom will open up. You can easily read each day and the time of day through the bottom, and you can fill your meds without needing to pop open each of the top tabs. That makes filling it a breeze. I got this organizer for myself, but my husband was so impressed, he wanted one, so I have already ordered one for him. He was having difficulty getting all his stuff to fit in his old one, but that's no longer a problem. I think it's well worth the $14.99 price tag based on how roomy it is and especially how easy it is to fill. I'm so glad I have this. It makes sorting out medication so much easier and quicker. This pill organizer is certainly large enough, and has morning and evening clearly separated and easy to read. It is a good quality and durable. The sections snap tightly shut and won't open accidentally. It has a rounded inside to each section which makes it easy to scoop out the pills with your finger. As a nurse, I think there is one feature which has a potential for the user to make mistakes when filling. If it's turned upside down, the whole back opens up so pills can be loaded all at once without the flip-tops getting in the way. That's a nice feature if you have the same pills every day (but keep in mind that the writing on the lids for each day is now upside down and appears backwards--see my picture). However, many people have certain pills only twice a week or only on certain days-- for example. So if you look at the bottom of the box when loading and the words for the days are upside-down, its very confusing to look for just Tuesday, or Monday and Wednesday etc. It might be very difficult to keep track of odd dosing schedules if loading from the back. I'm an older lady with several ailments that require prescription medication. I also try to stay healthy by taking vitamins and supplements. This adds up to a whopping 27 pills per day. Most of those are pretty large, especially multivitamins, C, magnesium, CoQ10 and the largest; glucosamine. Large pills need a large capacity pill box. I like to set up my pills at least 4 weeks at a time so I don't have to handle my meds very often. I have pets, I'm old and I don't want to take a chance I drop something and one of the cats or dogs ends up dead because they swallowed something in my carelessness. The pill boxes I get at the dollar store have enough capacity but the door flaps don't survive constant opening. I have others that hold them all but they are HUGE and a pain to fill because you can't take off the flaps and it's easy to miss the openings. I also experimented with little plastic bags, but they were the worst for filling; I had to put them in the organizer first and open each one individually, put the pills in a little cup and pour them into the baggie. Less bulk but more chance of dropping pills. When I saw this Fullicon Large-Capacity Pill Organizer available as a free promotional, I ordered it. Right out of the box I was already impressed. The capacity is nice and big. I love that the lids both open the same direction; I'll have to get used to that. It's fabulous that you can flip it over, pop the back open and no restriction to filling the box. The only drawback is you need to be careful putting the pills in the slots to make sure you don't miss the correct one. I keep tweezers on hand in case of flips and bounces. The capacity is actually more than what I take, I can see space on the top. It could hold at least another few large caplets. If Medicare would pay my prescription bills I could afford to order at least 3 more for my 4 week fill. At $14.99 it's a bit pricey compared to the $1 and $5 I paid for the others, but I think it's worth it. I'll watch to see if the price comes down. I checked out the Fullicon product shop and I liked the looks of their other products; they even have a dial a pill round thingie that you can put up on the wall to dispense your meds.
