I’ve been very pleased with this product overall. The quality is solid, and it performs just as expected, it's versatile, there is so much you can do with it, what we use it the most for are to make yogurt, cook rice and chili beans. What really stood out to me, though, was the excellent customer support. I needed to return my original item for a replacement, and the process was incredibly smooth. The support team was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was handled quickly. The replacement arrived without any issues and has been working perfectly. It’s reassuring to know that not only is the product reliable, but the company truly stands behind it. That level of service makes a big difference. I love love love. Did I say love. Way easier to use then my instapot. I have made stews, roast, oatmeal, boiled water for pasta. it is the right size and now my favorite appliance. My jasmin rice comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend this appliance. Especially if you have a tiny kitchen like I do. Read more

It is plugged in and does not get power within 2 weeks of use only used about 3 times 2 times were failures. First time the seal did not hold presure in second time had to manually push seal down even though switch is set to seal and didnt do a great job 3rd time cooking thai noodles got water hot put noodles in now wont power on just as I was closing it for absolutely 0 apparent reason so its ruined 2 dinners and 1 was tougher then should be. I highly do not recommend wasting time with this pay an extra 20 get a used name brand that you know will work. I figured id save the 20 and 30 from having to buy a ceramic pot since instapot uses metal turned out just wasting that money in time and food costs. I really love this pressure cooker is all i wanted in one! And even more with the double pots is so convenient The only reason I'm giving 4 Stars is because i don't know if this problem has to do with the quality! of the stainless steel because the stainless steel inner pot have little dot rust spots same thing happened also with another brand i bought before i guess now they are making the pots more aluminum than stainless steel that's what it look likes because good stainless steel doesn't get rusted like that but i like this pot so much i returned it and ask for a Replacement but they didn't gave me that option so i will buy it again and hopefully the other one arrives in perfect condition and will be a keeper for Sure.
