This is a great camping stool/foot rest. I keep this inside my tent as it's a bit taller than my cot and makes getting socks and shoes on much easier than sitting on my cot does. It's easy to set up and put away, it's lightweight. It feels very sturdy to sit on, and it's a comfortable seat if you don't need back support. This stool is just what I wanted. I was looking for something that I could sit on while operating my log splitter, and this works great. It is well made and study, comfortable to sit on, and is easy to set up, take down, and transport. Oh my goodness. These are the absolute best for me!!! I have one I keep outside my shower so when I get out I can check my diabetic feet and legs and take care of them so I can keep them. I have one in my pantry so I can go through things and decide if they need to be trashed. I keep one in my riding mower so if I need to stop and fix something in the pasture or the mower itself I can without having to bend over a lot(Gerd). Of course they are great footstools. They have never folded while using them. Never a rip or broken and I use these rather daily. I’m 160 pounds and there’s never a creak or groan from the stool. Assembly is so easy my jackrabbits could put them open. They’ve gone through the monsoons and hailstones and no damage to the canvas. And if the can survive a half hour hailstorm they will survive most everything. The carrying case is great with a strap long enough to put across my body. I’ll probably get more for other ideas for them. Really testing will be with the snow and ice to see if they will slide. The feet at the bottom look like they shouldn’t. Read more

Very sturdy. The seat padding is very comfortable. I like the height of 18 inches. Much easier on my old knees. It is a bit heavy, but that is the trade-off for a sturdy stool. I am using it as I pack boxes for a move. This stool makes the job easier. Read more

I got this for my wife, who spends a lot of time outside tending the yard. The stool is too low for me to sit on comfortably, and the same would probably be true for her if she were going to use it as an ordinary stool. But it will be fine for her outdoors purposes because it will be easier to reach the ground from a sitting position than it would be if the stool were taller. She finds it comfortable to sit on. It seems well made, opens and closes easily, and fits into the bag without a struggle. :-) Only one criticism: The strap needs to be longer, and adjustable. There's no way to carry this thing in the bag, cross-body style across your back, unless you cut the existing strap and sew additional webbing onto it. I'm not about to try that... But, not a deal-breaker. Read more
