This is well built item and ships well. I put it together today and was impressed with the design and ease of assembly. The desk moves up and down quietly with a nice control panel. The media could not be loaded. Purchased my desk a little under 3 months ago (oct 30) and assembled in early Nov. I loved its utility and even got some glass markers to write quick notes on the desk. However, it’s been flashing loc for the last two weeks. After trying to troubleshoot from various Reddit and YouTube videos, I finally reached out for support and have been unable to get any from Amazon or Furmax. Three months is definitely not a sufficient lifespan, but I supposed a non-standing desk is technically still a desk, so I would give two stars for its continued utility. However, the absence of any support is frustrating and perpetuates my mistrust in Amazon purchases deserves one star. Read more
