Very thoughtfully wrapped and packed, the parts of the chair were well protected from damage, yet easy to unpack. All the fasteners, instructions, and both Allen wrenches were together in a clear plastic zip lock bag. (The 2 wrenches are needed to secure the bolts that hold the legs on the chair frame, with one wrench holding a bolt still while the other on the other side turns a bolt into the first bolt. It will be obvious when you see the instructions.) One extra of each fastener is provided. It took about 40 minutes for me assemble the chair unassisted. I'm pleased with my new chair, both in appearance and as a comfortable place to sit. Read more

This is a gorgeous and well made chair. Super sturdy and good back support. My only complaint it's not cushy enough. I wanted something comfy but it's too firm for me. I kept it, and it's probably better for my back at the computer, but just really firm. No, I am not Goldilocks. Read more
