This is the greatest hat. It’s stylish, breathable and flexible. I can wad it up into my suitcase and it still comes out looking good. It looks expensive, but it’s very affordable. Took all the way to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and back home to Denver worth no troubles! I carried it on the plane with me our there, cause I was worried it would split (due to other reviews), but folded in my suitcase on the way home. It's still in perfect shape! Great shade, the zip tie to keep it in place was SO HELPFUL spring afternoon runs in the Jeep. Honestly, couldn't recommend enough. I have no doubt that others may have experienced unfortunate tear/rips in their hat, but I suspect it was just a numbers game, and not every unit is going to work out. I’m a Florida girl, and I enjoy this hat. Great for picnics, hiking, beaching, gardening, working in the yard. Weight is light, you can adjust it to fit your head. It has a plastic mold that a copy of the hat that you put your hat on to keep its shape. I got the Black with the brown leather trimmings. Get a lot of compliments on it. I thought it was priced very fairly. It seems to be very sturdy and just damp cloth wipe it down inside and out then place it on the molded hat holder. Enjoy! Read more

Super lightweight and flexible material, great color options. I got the larger size to be able to fit around my hair and not feel too snug. Not too wide of a brim but just enough to cover your face and ears.
