This is a huge upgrade to my other pill organizer that went viral BUT you needed a pic to get each compartment. How I never lost it given it just floated around when you shut the case and didn't attach to anything is beyond me. But it was not a realistic way to get to your pills each day on travel. This pill box has little latches that are easy to open and make life much easier. I ordered the large case and although larger than my other one, is not cumbersome at all and fits into luggage or carry on VERY easy. Lot's of colors to choose from and solid construction.
