I do not usually leave reviews, but this pair of shoes are s9 comfortable. I am able to stand on the for l9ng 0eri9ds of time and my feet do not get tired or hurting by end of the day. I have broken down feet with no arches, al9ng with a scar on back of my heel from Achilles tendon surgery and it bothers me when I wear shoes, but not with this shoe. This pair of shoes comes with 3 types of insoles 1 for comfort fit, 1 for corrective fit and the other incase foot slides in shoes. So far having these shoes for over a week, I have only tried the comfort fit and it may run a tad big but my feet do not slide around in them so I have not had to use the extra fit insole. Also like the idea that these shoes make me feel like I have ankle support even though they do not come above mu ankles. My new favorite pair of shoes! Read more
These shoes are the very best on the market for people suffering from foot pain. I totally have found the shoe that helps me with a foot injury. The toe box is ample and the "Verso Shock Technology" just propels my foot into pain free motion. Unfortunately, the customer service for G-Defy is the worst ever. I have been buying the Mighty Walk and Ion shoe models for years and have them in every color. When I purchased them from the Encino / Pacoima, CA stores everything was fine but when the manufacturer went into online selling only, I was concerned because they do not listen to customer concerns and just keep selling, hoping that customer complaints will disappear. I started buying G-Defy on the Amazon site hoping to receive a little assistance, to no avail. A simple request: "Please send me the free orthotics that belong in the shoe box." Amazon has intervened but no response to their request and my phone calls are placed on hold or simply sent to voicemail and then ignored. It's appalling to know that the best shoe on the market can have such lousy Customer Service! I still am giving the shoe a 5 star rating because it merits it. Please understand that the people who are in leadership at G-Defy receive a 0. Their employees are rude, untrained, and like to hangup on customers. Shameful!!! Read more
These shoes are the most painful shoes to wear. I bought a 1/2 size larger then what I normally wear but they still hurt my feet something awful. I would not buy these, I couldn't even wear them for a hour. unfortunately am a couple days past the return and am stuck with them. Read more
I am constantly on the lookout for comfortable shoes at a reasonable price. I have problematic feet, high arches , narrow with significant plantar fasciitis isssues. I am a nurse so am on my feet for long hours. Added to that I have arthritis in my hip that can be pretty painful. So far ,MBT shoes have been the only shoes that keep my foot pain under control. They are pretty expensive though so I am always on the lookout for something more reasonable. I saw these The grey with pink version was marked down. Not my favorite look but the price was good. I ordered my usual size and the length is accurate. The shoe itself is pretty wide and with the original insole too loose and non supportive. I traded the insole for the orthopedic set included and that was much better. I still found them to be too loose to walk. Comfortably for a distance so then added th yellow sub insoles that were also included with the purchase. I also relaxed th shoes so I coul tighten them up a bit. That did th trick! Great fit really comfortable able to take the dogs for a two mile walk with no foot pain and much less hip discomfort. Read more
This is my second pair of these shoes, and I like them a lot. They’re comfortable, supportive, and work well for walking. That said, this pair looks noticeably bigger than my first pair even though they’re the same size. I’m not sure why, but it’s something worth noting. Overall, I’m still happy with them. Read more
This shoe is getting holes where the bend of the toes are on the top of the shoe mesh material. I have a low activity level and the shoes have very little wear on the sole. I spent 140$ so was expecting better quality. I would say I average only two thousand to three thousand steps a day which I know is bad and sometimes even less. I do wear these everyday and they are comfortable and I like them. Read more

WOW! I'm impressed! I was looking for some very supportive shoes and I found them right here. I've worn New Balance for all of my adult life (long time) and after 4 knee replacements (2 in each knee) and 2 spinal/vertebra surgeries, I need something VERY supportive. I bought these because the description said they had everything I needed. OK, I'll give it a shot. When they arrived, I was kind of skeptical about the soles, especially about the heels (you'll see what I'm talking about it you look at their pictures). The heels looked unstable to me, but I was wrong, they are very stable and supportive. Each pair of shoes comes with an extra pair of regular insoles and an extra pair of more supportive insoles, wow. The material the shoes are made of are breathable. They looked like solid leather all the way around, but they're not, they're more like a mesh/net type of material. Which makes it good for air flow and breathability (no stinky feet LOL). I re-laced them and am using all lace holes so that I can get more support at my ankle. Yes, the laces are long enough to do that. If you are a person who has Rx insoles/arch supports, like me, you'll want to buy a pair of these shoes 1/2 a size bigger than what you normally wear. For example, my foot measures a 9 wide, but because of my Rx insoles/arch supports, I ordered a 9.5 wide and they fit perfectly. I bought them basically because of the pretty colors :-) and it turns out, they're very supportive too :-) I don't know that I'll ever go back to NB now that I've found these. :-O Just sayin. I hope I've helped you out some. I wore them in my house (on hard wood floors) for a couple of hours for 3 days so that I could give them an honest shot to see if I liked them or not, then I wore them outside and loved them.
