This review is for the G Gradual Men's 11" Golf Shorts. I ordered these in Navy, in size XXL. I have quite a few items from this brand, and while their sizing can be a bit inconsistent, I really like the quality of G Gradual's clothing. These shorts are great casual wear. My husband typically wears an XL or XXL in shorts. He has a small waist and larger hips and butt. These shorts fit him really well everywhere but the waist. The fabric is 100% polyester, and it's easy care, machine wash and dry. These are lightweight, don't wrinkle, hold their hape well. They have a more tailored look than most of his casual shorts. I like the look of these a lot! They have two slip pockets and a zippered pocket in the front and one button pocket in the back. The waist is flat for some of the front and elastic for about 3/4 of it, and it has belt loops, which is great for my husband's narrow waist. Overall, these are great shorts- some of the best-looking shorts my husband has. The price of $29.99 is a fair one for the quality. HIghly recommend. Read more

I no longer golf, but I appreciate the breezy comfortable feel of these shorts. The sizing is right on, and these will go down to your knees, so make sure that is what you want. The right leg, side zippered pocket might seem good for your phone, but I found that the phone can slide onto its side. If that happens, you will be digging deeper into this pocket to retrieve the phone. I knew the back pocket would be a black snap. But the snap holds too tight and is difficult to pull apart. I am not happy with that. I don't think that it is going to loosen up, so I just won't use that snap. Overall, these are stylish enough to wear at just about any occasion. Don't expect a fresh-pressed look, as there will be slight winkles. This is a good value. 4 points for the back pocket snap issue. Read more

These Gradual Men's Golf shorts are perfect for the golf course. They're comfortable and lightweight, with a stretchy fabric and fit the waist well. I can also appreciate the length of the material as it sits right around the knee caps on me. I typically wear shorter length shorts, so these were a little different for me, but I like the overall look when on the golf course. It goes a lot better with my golf polos than some of my shorter shorts. Overall, I would say these are great value for the money as well. Read more

I was excited for these G Gradual golf shorts with the good look and 4 pockets, but man, what a disappointment. Firstly, the sizing guide is off—I typically wear a large, 36 waist, and their guide says 36 is XL, so I ordered that. Nope, they're definitely too big, well below my knees, hanging loose like clown pants instead of the knee-length fit shown. Second, the material is very thin and feels cheap—more like swim trunks than golf shorts. The product pictures make the material look much more substantial, but in person it's flimsy, lightweight in the wrong way. Even the elastic waistband is flimsy and not high quality, with no real support. There's really no way I could recommend these at this price—the quick-dry claim might hold up, but who cares when they fit and feel like dollar store rejects? Save your money. Read more

These shorts have plenty of pockets for wallets, cellphones, golf tools, and other items; these pockets are subdue and looked concealed so these shorts have a clean, professional, non-cargo short appearance. The material is very lightweight, and good for warm climates. The material also seems to be very durable and dries quickly, perfect for traveling. These are very comfortable and breathable. I got them in black as it'll go with anything and doesn't show stains easily; furthermore, the color is dark and rich, looking like slacks. I am 6'1" 175lbs. and the large fit me good, though I like my shorts/pants a little looser; I could've probably fit in mediums for a slim fit look. I ordered these for my partner for Valentine's Day! He doesn't have too many casual shorts, and although he doesn't actually play golf, these would be perfect for casual wear. He can also dress them up by pairing them with a nice polo. His is ~6ft 149lbs, and I ordered a medium. The waist is just a tad large, but that can easily be fixed with a belt. The shorts come down to right below his kneecaps, just like the model in the description. I've ordered a couple other clothing pieces from this company and have always been impressed by their value, these shorts included. The material is lightweight, wicking, true to size, and my partner says they're very comfortable. He also likes that the material is flexible and the addition of a zippered pocket on the side.
