just got it today and it will charge, it lights up while charging so we know it charges, but it refuses to turn on, disappointed. edit:quick customer service via their email and they was fast to ship me a replacement and it works great! i'm so happy they responded faster than other amazon shop owners and the second product sent out worked perfectly. i was so excited to see everything work perfectly! 10/10 recommended!☺ Read more
Oh my goodness... This really hits the spot. I've used more expensive toys that had a lot less impact. It's easy to get to the speed I want. It's easy to clean.
