This is my second pair of G4Free maternity shorts, so I'm obviously becoming a fan of the brand. Overall, I like these over the belly athletic shorts. They're soft, comfortable, and will give me an easy leisure/athletic option during hot summer days in Georgia. I sized up to a large to account for additional bump growth (I'm currently 4 months) and they fit well with room to grow. The material is stretchy, so you can order your normal pre-pregnancy size or 1 size up depending on how far along you are and snugness desired. The gray sage is a near exact match to a popular athleisure name brand that offers the same color. The only downside I've noticed so far is the drawstring band. It has started to flip and roll, so it doesn't always lay flat. Other than that, the price, color, and fit all hit the mark. These maternity shorts are very comfortable. They provide support without being restrictive. They are very soft and the 81 percent polyester and 19 percent elastane material washes well. The material is not too thin or too thick and I like the short length which is not too short or long. The material over the belly stretches comfortably so the shorts will continue to fit as the pregnancy progresses . They have a tie string under the belly which also enables you to adjust the fit and provides some additional support. The shorts have deep pockets on the front which is another great feature. I ordered size XL and they fit true to size. The shorts are attractive and appear to be well-made. They are reasonably priced too. I am very please with these maternity short. My Rating Scale: 5 =Exceeds expectations, 4 =Meets expectations, 3 = Not what I expected but I can still use it, 2 = Won’t work for me but may for someone else, 1 = Doubt it will work for anyone.
