For reference, I received the denim color in a size small. I am a female, usually purchase small sizes, and am 5'4" and 115 pounds with 36 D chest. Here's what I liked about the item. The chest area had ample room. The curved hem isn't a crop. It does brush at the waist and does curve up at the sides. It is a flattering tank. I like the look a lot. I have not had a tank like this before and was apprehensive how it would look on me. It looked fine. The top runs true to size. The fabric feels like a quality fabric. There is no weird smell to it and feels good on the skin. I washed it according to directions. However, I laid it flat to dry (I do this with all fabrics that I am scared about shrink). There was no color run. I liked this for my running as it gave me a great glide and no shirt tugging on me. This would be a great top for workouts, running, walking, or any type of top for wearing underneath a pullover. The high neck didn't pull at me which was nice. Drawbacks - I didn't experience any drawbacks. The price is comparable to others on the market. The color options are good. I would definitely purchase again in another color. Read more
OBSESSED WITH THIS TOP. I workout at least haf the days of the week. I can confidently say not all gym tops are created equal. This gym tank, imho, is the perfect workout tank. For reference, I’m 5’9” 137 lbs and 34B. The material is very soft and silky. The color is black, but it has a tiny bit of washed out look to it (not like a stark black). Both the color and material are my perfect level of “lived in.” The cut is ideal: love the arm hole size, the length falls just past my waistline, and the curved hem is super flattering. It hangs really nicely. The neckline and armhole hems are just the right amount of thickness. This has a certain cut where the neckline is a little higher and narrower, creating a really flattering and feminine shoulder. Sometimes you find a unicorn top that has the right cut, right fabric, and right price. This is one of them. I will wear it for working out, and then for the rest of the day as well, since I know I won't want to take it off. Probably will find a way to wear with jeans or shorts outside the gym too. However, the major hurdle with this piece is the sizing and the crop. Even though I ordered an XXL, the top is much shorter than I anticipated, it is a very true cropped fit, so keep that in mind if you prefer more coverage. More importantly, the scaling is quite off compared to standard US sizing. While an XXL usually translates to an 18-20, the tag on this garment explicitly states it is a US 14-16 XXL. It fits much more like a standard Large, making it a frustrating close but no cigar situation for me. My biggest piece of advice for anyone considering this top is to ignore the letter size entirely and go straight to the measurement chart. The size guide doesn’t use traditional US sizing, so you really have to pay attention to the specific inches provided and measure yourself carefully before ordering. I wanted to love this top so much because the quality and style are top tier, but unfortunately, the sizing just didn't align with the labels. Great fit, this is nice alone or the perfect layering piece. This is so soft, the fabric is very comfortable and a perfect weight. This has a deeper armhole and rounded hem. The length is around my hip bone, not too short. Love this to work out in or just wear as a cute, black casual top. The construction is very nice, I’m sure this top will look great for a long time. The stretchy fabric won’t pill after a few wearings. This is a nice value for such a versatile top. I definitely recommend this, I will wear mine constantly. Read more
Ordered XL, the fit is true to size, Im 5’5 and wear XL. Material is soft and comfortable. Made well, seams are finished nicely. Armholes are not too big, that is a a great feature and helps with modesty. I ordered blue and it looks identical to advertised, pretty color! Figure flattering. Not too short, it hits just below my bellybutton.Great as a layering piece or use it literally as a workout tank. Washed beautifully, retained its shape. Read more
