These are perfect for women 5'2" and under. I'm short and have an abdominal pooch and rarely wear pants because they don't fit or feel right and are five inches too long. I was so pleasantly surprised to put these on and wear them all day without once thinking "I can't wait to get out of these pants." My belly didn't look like it was pooching out like it does with other pants, and the length is perfect; if you buy cropped pants to wear as full length pants, these will work great. I don't like synthetic material, but these aren't scratchy or itchy at all. Very smooth on the skin. And stretchy with zero bagginess! No binding here when you bend there. The pockets are DEEP. The material is kind of thin, so very comfortable in the heat and no insulation for the cold. They look like typical black slacks and can be dressed up or down. I believe these are perfectly fine pants, but I struggled with the fit. I ordered a Large Petite, which was the recommended size according to Amazon and is the size I would normally order in this type of pant. However, as is painfully obvious from the photos, my stomach did not fit in these pants at all. Had my middle fit better into these, I did find that the length was good and they were practically wrinkle-free so they would be good for travel. They are fairly lightweight and I'd find them suitable for most seasons except winter. The product description calls these stretchy but I would say that is a small amount of stretch, not a sweatpants type stretch. Read more

Love, love, love these pants! They are so comfortable, lightweight (great for spring, early fall, maybe cooler summer nights) and easy to wear. The fabric is fairly light – not like a ponte weight at all. They're cut nicely: wide-leg, but not overwhelming, and widen out at the bottom to feel like a palazzo pant (don't know why they're calling them track pants, but don't let that throw you off). Love the side slits at the bottom: just adds some interest, especially if you're wearing cute, strappy sandals. The waistband is so comfortable and stays in place. Pockets are nicely cut and relatively deep. Maybe best of all, they come in various inseam lengths, and this short girl is really happy to have an *actual ankle pant* at 24" – no hemming!! They do make a little bit of a swishy sound when you walk, but it doesn't bother me, and isn't enough to take off a star... because these are great! Read more

Medium (regular fit) in black I like these but I don’t love them. I usually take a medium (30 inch waist). This label says these are a medium and an 8/10 US and a 10 UK size. For the record, a US 8/10 in UK sizing is a 12/14. So the UK 10 listed here is a US 6. So therein might lie the sizing issue. While these are a bit on the tight side on my waist, the legs (length and circumference) and the bit around my bottom fits fine. So in summary I’d say a medium in this pair of pants is a US size 6-8, and I might be better off with a large. The fabric is another thing I’m not sure about. The label says these are predominantly nylon with a small amount of elastane. Which might explain the swishing sound they make when you walk in them. It kind of reminds me of something between a raincoat and the fabric used in sporting clothes - not soft but by no means uncomfortable on my skin. What I do like is the high waist design and the wide pant leg. They are also a flattering cut - straight out from the hip rather than hugging it. In summary these are ok in my opinion rather than great. It’s also true that if the fit was better I might like them more. Read more
