SUMMARY 4.0-stars--My wife likes it BACKGROUND This came up as a Vine suggestion and since my wife wears similar types of pants quite often (in a lighter weight material) and since she is very cold natured, I decided it might be worth a review. INITIAL OBSERVATIONS Quality of sewing was acceptable -- no mistakes or loose threads found. My wife said the fit was accurate also. COMPLAINTS / ISSUES None at this time, but I will revisit this review if she discovers are any issues in the future. IMPRESSIONS My wife is rather picky and complains about most things. Surprisingly, she did not complain about this product and was quite satisfied with the construction and fit. That probably says more than anything else... These leggings ended up turning into a gift for my mother but I got her to try them on and test them out and she said they work well! They do seem a bit more roomy than anticipated (but I didn't see 'Wide leg pant' so my mistake) - I ordered Medium and it fits more like a Large on her, which worked out perfectly. The pants are also very warm according to her despite being a bit stretchy and roomy. The pockets are also a nice touch, making these a very comfy set of sweats for the cold! I can't speak to how long they'll last but I'll make sure to update this review if I hear any feedback! These are too big for my daughter, who is just getting into women’s sizes so I was hoping XS would fit her. She’s not a fan of the wide leg, however, I can see these looking really nice in a business setting, especially since they’ve got the permanent (sewer) pleat down each leg with a high rise waist. They look like pants I would wear if I still worked in an office. The waist is stretchy, which I love, and they’re wider at the hips. There are zipper hips pockets on each side—large enough for a phone, chapstick, set of keys, etc. No back pockets. The fabric feels thicker and a little sportier than most slacks, with a little stretchiness in both width and length. These are ever so slightly fleece lined, so would feel gentle on skin and warmer than a lot of the thin slacks you find. These black is true to color. Feels good quality and durable. Read more

These pants are comfy and warm- but not too warm! I wasn't sure I needed any "lined" pants in this area of the country but these are perfect! The dark material drapes very nicely despite the pants being lined. My FAVORITE part is the fact that these dark pants do not attract every piece of lint and hair I walk past. The fabric is smooth and doesn't snag in my seasonally dry hands- another win! For me, these seem to run true to size but ymmv regarding this. They are high waisted but very comfy. The pockets are placed along a hem, high up on the hip and have smooth zippers. The lining, like the outter material is smooth. They are exceptionally comfortable to wear on a cool or cold day.
