Perfect as a light weight exercise tool, just to keep your joints agile.
I am a senior with rheumatoid arthritis. I tried to exercise every day and was going to the gym several times a week before Covid. I stopped going to the gym and bought these little weights just to supplement my exercise bike and walking regimen. In 3 pound weights are perfect to just keep my muscles going, and not aggravate any of my inflamed joints due to my RA they are easy to grip and appear well-made. They come in different ways sizes, but I felt that this size gave me what I want to accomplish without overtaxing my joints.
