My physical therapist recommended this product. It’s really working well. Compared to another brand I purchased, this one is super easy to put on and adjust. You put it on just like a backpack then adjust the straps which Velcro in place. The Velcro is thin but strong and the straps do not slide once placed. I find other products that have more than one part or pads that come on/off to be annoying - too many moving parts. This one is affordable. It’s also comfortable as a posture corrector can be. I have worn it over t-shirts and tank tops while sitting at my desk or watching TV or other slouch-inducing activities. It does not rub my skin or hurt. I guess if you’re above average in terms of height, weight, or chest width, or suffering from very low upper body and arm flexibility, I could understand how one might struggle a bit getting this on, but otherwise I disagree with the reviews stating it’s hard to get on or adjust. So I am a lifelong sloucher and, at 44, the years of hunching my shoulders are catching up with me. I've tried a few posture correctors and this one is amazing for upper back slouching. But, I have to tighten it a lot for it to work effectively and that absolutely kills my armpits. I can only wear this brace about a half hour at a time. Any longer than that, and I'll get pressure hives in my pits. Still, worth it to not end up with a hunchback by the time I'm 50. Read more
Very uncomfortable and I am a small person. It does not remind me to keep my back straight. Tight or a bit loose, neither way works. I know some of the reviewers found it helpful but this one gives one star. IMHO it is not worth the money. Read more
I wear this a lot now, and it has made me much more conscious of keeping my back straight when i'm not wearing it. It's not uncomfortable to wear, but does dig into your underarms a bit. It's a little tricky to put on, but not impossible. I wouln't want to wear it out and about, but all you need is to wear it for an hour or two each day and it gets you very conscious of correct posture. Read more

It's definitely not one size fits all. I have to keep adjusting.. the back part goes up too high.. not enough back support and won't stay in place. Strap hurts underarms less than one hour time of use. I wish it had extra straps to adjust it in place. The photo is deceiving. It's way too small. I will not recommend unless you are size small. I would recommend not buying -- runs too small. Read more
