Mat does an acceptable job for yoga and calisthenics. Sincerely wish it was thicker as it does not provide adequate cushioning for yoga, specifically for your knees. It is easy to clean and lays flat, doesn't wrinkle at all. Design looks very nice as well. It is made well, just make sure this thickness level for the mat is what you want. Read more
