I love this towel but have to take off 1 star because it needs to be 1" longer. If you have a 70" mat it is perfect. My is 71". I really wouldn't even take off that much. With that said, I am a regular Bikram Yoga practitioner & teacher. I sweat A LOT!!! Even thought it was an inch to short I used it. It stayed in place the entire class & absorbed all my sweat!!! I love the material; It is soft but not slippery. I did wash it in cold and dried on low. It did not shrink or curl up on the ends. I would give it 4.9 stars if that was an option. Read more
Works great. I used to use a regular towel which as you can imagine was not ideal. This towel stays in place, is light weight and soft. It soaks up the sweat but doesn't feel gross. I love the purple color I got. I have washed it several times as I do hot yoga so it gets yucky. It still looks new and has held its shape. Read more

This is a solid quality towel for your mat during hot yoga. It is slightly shorter than my mat, so I only tuck my mat into the little cloth corners in the front. Not a big deal. It says pretty flat, as in, it's not all bunched up during my sessions, even vigorous ones where I'm moving around a lot. The pile is not plush, like terry. It is very "flat" and smooth, but I don't slip on it at all. Absorbs well and washes great--I toss it in the dryer and it comes out fine. I would say if you're starting a hot yoga practice and don't want to spend top dollar for a mat towel just yet, this is a great choice! Read more

I feel like most of the other reviewers’ complaints might be solved by following the laundering instructions. After the initial wash, I wash it with my yoga clothes on gentle cold cycle after every class. It’s only been line dried, so I wonder if others have shrunk in the dryer. Had a minimal amount of fuzzies on the first use but not after. This towel is just a little longer than my yoga mat and fits so well with the little corner pockets. The blue is vibrant without being too bright. Of course it shifts ever so slightly during class, but is a huge improvement over a regular beach towel (which is what I used before I got this). It was a great buy for me as I try to build my yoga wardrobe and equipment without breaking the bank! Read more
