Not a gamer until recently. I’m an old man that struggles with technology so when my 8bitdo ultimate 2c had issues that I couldn’t solve I went and bought this. This has been very user friendly and allows for easy customization of the buttons if need be. I’m using this on my ROG XBOX Ally X and am using this via the dongle. I do appreciate that I can have the dongle in the base of the charge station so I take up less usb slots on the dock. Reviews say the D-pad is lacking and I agree but I’m not much of a fighter game player so it’s not a biggie for me. The sticks are smooth, the trigger selection from short press or to long squeeze is a nice added bonus, and the button clicks are very smooth. No regrets on this purchase at all. Looks dope too! Beautiful design with some 3D texturing. Much better quality than my Microsoft controller that came with my Xbox Series X. Comes with four additional mappable buttons which are extremely easy to map using the app from the Microsoft Store directly on Xbox. And from reading the instructions it looks like you could even map them without using an app or if you are using this with a PC, you can map it using a PC installable app also in the Microsoft Store. Using it wirelessly with the provided 2.4 GHz adapter. So far working flawlessly. Would definitely buy again. Ps. I bought this too. I have been a hard-core gamer for decades, and this is by far the absolute best controller that I have EVER used. It’s such a wonderful device that I purchased three. One for my living room, one for the bedroom, and one that I keep in my backpack so I can game on my computer while away from home. The sticks are buttery smooth, and every button click feels satisfying. The low latency response has definitely helped in multiplayer. Sadly, it is expensive, but when you hold it in your hand, it’s definitely worth the money. 10/10 would recommend. Read more

LT/RT can be toggled between analog or microswitch. L4/R4 can be toggled between enabled or disabled. Smooth joysticks. Headphone jack. Dedicated microphone mute button. 2.4Ghz dongle storage in dock. --- Cons --- Mechanical buttons on D-Pad and ABXY needs getting used to. Controller is a bit hefty (measured 266 grams) --- Thoughts --- Solid feel, nice grip texture on the back and on the grip faceplates. Has some weight to it, but comfortable to hold and use. Joysticks feel smooth with no deadspace found when playing ZZZ or HSR; D-pad buttons and ABXY buttons requires more strength to activate than expected, need time to get used to the feeling. Barely any latency noticed with the 2.4Ghz dongle. Really appreciate how the charging dock has a internal USB port for the dongle. Battery life is solid, over 10 hours of gameplay without recharging. Works out of box for many PC games that support controllers, use GameSir Nexus remapping software for more customization. The thumb sticks are fantastic and are the main reason I wanted this controller. I like the triggers, they feel very much like the standard XBOX controllers. It comes with three different dpads and I don’t care for any of them. They’re not terrible, they just don’t feel quite right. I haven’t had any issues with connectivity with the Xbox and response has been instantaneous with games and moving through menus. Overall, it’s a good controller and worth the price. Read more

Bought this because I was tired of dealing with overpriced Xbox elite controllers that got stick drift within the first month of use some within the first week of use and so far this controller has been doing awesome no stick drift button still feel nice and clicky I have no complaints I love it so far. Also if you're wanting to actually be wireless on Xbox this is the only controller that works that way I messed up and ordered the white one and it's still wired but this one is actually wireless for Xbox series X Read more

I personally think this is a great pro controller that has most of the same features as a elite controller a better price range then most other elite type controllers. This has very low latency for a wireless usb adapter type controller, easy to clean, easy to replace the d pad and overall feels like it was well build and not cheaply made. So basically if you want a controller that has similar features as a elite but not as expensive this is for you. Read more
