Sturdy, Well Made And Comfortable Chair With Unique Design.
We bought this a few weeks ago for our grandson, his old chair collapsed when one of the wheels broke off, this new ones has a double wheel arrangement on each leg which I think will be more durable. The chair was well packed and came with a clear set of instructions, so we were able to assemble it in no time at all, everything was easy to fit together and they even supplied a bag of extra parts. We noted there was a slight indentation in the lumbar cushion from the way it was packed and contacted the seller the same day, the next day we received a response stating that this is normal and that within a few days it would revert back to it's original shape, they said if we were not happy they would send a replacement, however that was not necessary as within a few days, sure enough, it was back to normal. My grandson is very pleased, and said it was much better than his old one which incidentally cost more. He likes the unique feature of the extending foot support enabling him to fully recline in comfort. Read more
