Great cube
The best cube ever made. It has a lot of magnets that makes it stable while it is smooth and fast. I don’t recommend it if you are a beginner because of the price, start with a cheaper cube and move on. Read more

This is by far the nicest speed cube ive ever felt. I started cubing 2 months ago and right now I am averaging around 20 seconds. I thought why not just buy the best of the best so I would never need to upgrade. And oh my gosh was it the best decision ive ever made. This cube is so nice. When I first got the cube it was TOO FAST for me to handle it. I had to turn it all the way down on the slowest setting and still then it was super fast. Once I got used to it I don't think I could ever go to another cube again. I have 10 3x3s and this is by far the best one, I definitely recommend Read more
The media could not be loaded. This cube is the best one I used, The cube feels smooth and stable and lock the turns in place. There’s also 124 magnets places in the cube. There are edge to corner magnets, corner to core magnets, edge to core magnets, and EDGE TO CENTER MAGNETS, the edge to center magnets make the cube stable, and amazing corner cutting, this cube is very very good! But in terms of price, it’s $85 but you are given a cube that’s fast and snappy and very controllable, this is the #1 speed cube! Settings I use: Center travel: 5 Tension: 11 Torpedo magnets: Green(strong) Read more

this cube is fantastic, good quality product Read more
Finally, a cube that is fast enough. I've got a very light touch turning style, and over the past couple of years have tinkered with a lot of 3x3 cubes, not just cheap ones but various flagship models, experimenting with loosening them, adjusting magnet strength, and center travel, trying to speed them up to my liking. I've stopped using lubrication on cubes because unless you like tightening your cubes to slow them down and need to reduce friction between piece to piece contact, lube just kind of gums things up, slowing down the cube, and lessening the effect of magnet pull for auto-alignment of pieces during a solve. Pretty much up to now loosening the cubes to the point where they were somewhat fast meant the cubes were very prone to corner cutting or popping (coming apart) during frenzied solves. I had to be very careful to avoid these problems. Up to now, I liked the way a very loosened Hudong 3x3 Fan Xin Ultra behaved and felt, but it was prone to popping, and I had to be very careful. But the GAN 16 Max seems to have solved the problem. My setup for the GAN 16 MAX was to install the strong edge to core magnets (the green ones), set the compression (tension) to the lowest value 1, and the center travel to the highest value 6 (which loosens the cube allowing more center travel), and removed all lube from the cube. The results were fantastic. The cube is very fast. Since I'm basically a roux solver, I use a lot of flicks in my solve, and I really appreciate how much easier it is to pull off flick moves like M moves. After using the GAN 16 Max for a little bit, all other cubes seem slow and sluggish. Even though I have the GAN 16 set to its fastest and loosest settings, it seems to keep it shape well compared to other cubes I've tried to speed up. I know I am in the minority regarding how I prefer my cubes to be set up, but if you are looking for a really fast cube (probably the fastest one as of the date of this writing), the GAN 16 Max is a great choice. So I bought the tornado V4 & the weilong v11 20 magnets as well, saw many comparing videos And the Gan 16 is my new main, to me it just feels better build quality ( with great turning and feel, I use the strongest setting for magnets and tension) I have also liked the Gan brand in the past So if you are considering options, I’d say, If you like Gan brand you are going to like this one, if you are willing to pay for the better build quality and have the budget go for it Otherwise, there are other great options to consider Read more
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE the GAN 12. Nothing else ever came close to how good the GAN 12 feels to me (including GAN 13, 14, and 15)... until now. The GAN 16 definitely feels a lot faster and smoother. Turns feel so effortless now... sometimes too effortless tbh. I have to adjust my turning force, otherwise I would sometimes over turn. My only complaint is that it only comes in UV coating, and I'm one of the few who prefers matte coating. Read more
