The media could not be loaded. Where do I begin? We were looking for a powerful immersion blender and the 1200W rating of this unit is what initially drew us to Ganiza's product line. We liked it so much that we also ordered their mini food processor. Now that we have the product in hand, we are amazed at the number of kitchen appliances it can "handily" (pun intended) replace. It can also do things we didn't know we needed done in the kitchen - for instance, it can make garlic paste which we previously had to buy readymade. And do we prefer making our own chopped meat? Yes, we do! Not only is this immersion blender extremely well-made, the manufacturer has also taken a safety-first approach with a built-in digital locking system. It also has a digital overheating indicator. The hand-grip/switch is extremely comfortable to grasp even if you don't have very large hands. The blender accessory comes with an extended safety hood so you don't accidentally damage your cookware when using it. Similarly, the egg beater accessory has safety coated prongs to keep your pots and pans safe. The video I uploaded shows the complete unit minus the travel cup (another thoughtful addition so you can make a smoothie in it and take it along with you on the go). Attempted several times to unlock the stick but it would not unlock. Kept indicating it was powered on with ----- but would not change to 0000 as in the instructions. I then decided to gently twist the stick top part and the lower part not the attachments (just the stick) . I then plugged it in again and attached the blender part and all of a sudden it was working. Will see how long this lasts as this was not in the instructions. It did blend my carrot soup really well. One star off for the functionality issue. Following up on my initial review. Unfortunately, the blender stick stopped working and I had to purchase another which had the same issue of staying in the lock mode. It was like an electric device having a short fuse as it would work after several attempts lasting up to 30 mins for it to start then it would stop. I feel this would be a good product if the manufacturer would fix the defect. I had to return both items as they were of no use to me. I purchased another model of Ganiza immersion blender and so far, no issues with functionality. I would not recommend this particular model. Read more

This is an incredibly well made and ingenious product. We bought it for the 1200 watt immersion blender, not paying much attention to the attachments and other possible configurations/functions. This thing can replace numerous kitchen appliances -- potato masher, blender, chopper, hand mixer, frother, and more. Can't speak to long term durability, but it sure looks to be solid and well made. Awful product. The unlocking instructions do not work. I attempted numerous lengths of time to unlock. It with flash randomly per the instructions but revert back. It does come with a lot of accessories. What a shame a company can release a product where the start button is defective. Listen to the other reviews. I requested a refund. Ok, I’ve spent hours online searching for the perfect immersion blender and let me tell you, this is it! I love that it’s cordless and powerful (usually cordless ones suck with power quality). I also LOVE all the attachments that come with this set, you have everything you need in one bundle. I went ahead and bought two more to gift as Christmas presents because I’ve been so obsessed with this blender (I use it everyday now lol). You won’t be disappointed, buy it. Read more
