These are great pants. The fabric is soft, the cut and fit are flattering. Perfect for work and the don't wrinkle. The pants have a slit on the bottom of the legs which I was not sure about when I bought them but they look really nice. These run large. These are a standard Ponte pant- they are a blend of cotton, rayon, and polyester. They are really nice and fit well. They do not pinch or bind anywhere- I love the fit. The hem is split to midway up my calf. It just gives them a kind of "swish" when you walk. I did not think I would like this feature, but it turns out I do! The only problem is that they are long. I am stepping on them when I walk. I am 5'7" and ordered the regular length without checking the size chart. The inseam length is longer on these pants, and I should have ordered a short length. I suppose if I wore them with platform sandals or heels, they would be fine, but I had mostly planned to do flats or sneakers with this so I will be hemming them. these are different - they have the look of what could be slacks, but theponte is kind of heathered with brings in a bit more casual look, then the split hem at the ankle gives it a bit of fun add. i am nsaying they can't look professional or be worn to work but they just don't portray that vibe as a whole. they are comfortable and can be played up or down - i tend to go down with them and keep it more casual. i can still do that with work though - on lesser in the office days it's totally fine. they are are fairly high waisted like a flared yoga pant but they are is no compression or tight fit. all in -decent pant to have around and easy to create outfits from - especially great on that morning you are running super behind, like most mornings for me. and i think they are priced right for what they are Read more

I'm 5'10" and usually wear about a US18. I ordered this in XL Tall. I'm really happy with these pants. I was unsure exactly what size to order - usually I would order pants in a 2XL, but I really wanted to get these in a tall size and there was no 2XL tall option. I'm glad I went with the regular XL as the fit on me is great. Because they were only an XL, I was concerned that they would be too tight in the tummy and thigh area and accentuate my insecurities, but they actually smooth and visually detract from those areas so I'm really happy. The length in a tall size is great too, nice and long. I'm overall just really happy with these. They'd be great for comfy office wear or a work from home pant. Nice feel, nice fit, nice look. I order a lot of GAP clothes both directly from GAP and on Amazon. These run through the waist and crotch and the seams are not straight. I missed my return window so I guess I own them now lol. Overall, I like GAP items and only come to Amazon for because they seem to have stock when the GAP site doesn’t have the same item. Read more

I am 5’4” so getting petites can be hit or miss. I wear a 12 or 14 depending on fit, so ordered Large Petite & the fit is great. The material is really nice for leggings, wore as business casual to work. I like the split hem. It gives it kind of a bell bottom vibe, but looks much better than bell bottoms. They are extremely comfortable. I would say, if I were to change one thing, it would be the wide band at top. I am short waisted, so it hits me at a weird spot, so a thinner band would be better, for me at least. Not that it is visible, as I wore a long shirt over my waist area.
