I'm 5'4" and roughly 155lb right now. The medium size fit great. But, beware, because they will shrink a ton even if washed cold and dried low. They also fade quite a bit. When I got them, they just touched the floor. After one wash, they shrunk 1.5 inches. Still fine, except when I walk I can feel them swishing around on my ankles now. If they shrink any more, they'll end up being too high to wear. So, if you are any taller than me, keep this in mind. Read more

these are very young looking and i guess i didn't notice when i purchased so am hoping my senior self can pull them off. as much as i dig the side leg stripes, on the XL size (am 5'6" 155), they are quite....pronounced. and they're very belly bottomed. i did not realize just how wide leggy these were in the pics. b/c i gained weight and need pants, i'll keep them, and now they're on sale for $10 less, but still a nice option for the ease of pull on draw string. will heed others warnings to wash and hang dry. The pants are a more modern style for all ages. Easy pull on/off elastic waist. I usually wear a size 4/6 jean so I ordered a small size. Loose fit may make some buyers consider a XS. Too bad the pants only come in one color or I would order another pair. Read more
