This garment bag was perfect for what my teenage son needs. He takes several school trips each year and is required to wear a suit during some of the functions - this makes that so much easier for him! First - the size of the bag is perfect for a couple of days trip - not too big and not too small. All of the pockets and pouches they include make it perfect to stash socks, undergarments etc without them falling all over the place. The bag looks great - we chose the black bag and it looks a whole lot sportier than a traditional suit case or gasp suit hanging bag - so our son actually uses it! The fact that this can be used as a duffel or a backpack, and that it will even slide over the handle on a roller bag is genius. They truly thought of everything with this bag. Overall we love the functionality of this bag - it's a great value with it's size and features. The build quality is very nice, the zippers operate well and the material the bag is made of feels strong enough to endure any rage induced baggage handler it may encounter. I've been using this item for my recent trips; it really holds a lot more than it looks like it would. The 50L capacity is plenty for a weekend getaway or a short business trip where I need a suit and some casual clothes. I love that I can switch between carrying it like a duffel or a backpack. It even has a sleeve to slide over my suitcase handle; that makes moving through the airport much easier. There are a couple of things to watch out for though. The backpack straps are a bit thin; they could definitely use some more padding if you plan on walking long distances with it fully loaded. Also; even though it is designed to keep clothes flat; I noticed some wrinkling when I folded everything up into the duffel shape. It is better than a standard bag; but you might still need a quick steam when you get to your destination. The organization is where this thing really shines. There are 12 different pockets; so I have a spot for my shoes; toiletries; and even small stuff like my passport and phone. The dedicated shoe compartment is ventilated; which is great for keeping my clean clothes away from my sneakers. It feels pretty sturdy; the polyester material is thick enough to handle some rain and the zippers don't feel like they are going to snap off. It is surprisingly lightweight at under three pounds. Since it fits airline carry-on requirements; I don't have to worry about checking bags or waiting at the carousel. It takes a second to figure out the best way to pack it so everything fits right; but once I got the hang of it; it became a staple for my travel routine. This travel bag relies on a bunch of zippers to transform it from a flat hanging bag into a carryon duffle. It can handle two days of clothing, a pair of shoes, and a bunch of toiletries and ‘extras’ making it good for short business trips or weekend getaways. Personally, I found the design to be a little funky and it takes a bit too much time and effort after loading my hanging clothes, to get everything zipped up before I’m able to load the rest of my gear. On the positive side, it’s easy to store away until needed, and you can configure it to be carried by its handle, shoulder strap, or a sling to throw over your shoulder which is my favorite. This is a high quality, thoughtfully designed duffel/garment bag. It's ready for use in any way you can imagine. There are many zippered pockets for organization. All of the zippers slide easily. There's even a zippered pouch to hold the shoulder strap. It's located at the top & inside you can access it without digging through the contents. The backpack straps are out of the way, but also easy to access. And you can slide it on the handle of a rolling suitcase. There are so many features. The shoe pouch has 2 ventilation ports. I use this for a laundry pouch, to keep clean and dirty separated. The garment bag has 2 clips on adjustable length straps to secure hems so that clothing stays in place when it's rolled into a duffel. (Flip them up to open.) At $50, this is an excellent value! It beats the ones on internet ads - I know, I bought one of those a few months ago. It only weighs about 2 1/2 pounds, so you can use more of the carry-on weight allowance for your belongings.
