Ignore the negativity! This white, collapsible drying rack is a real gem, especially for the price. Yes, you'll need to drill your own holes in the wall adapter plate – it's a minor, easily manageable task. For under $10, you're getting a fantastic, all-aluminum drying rack that's incredibly sturdy and space-saving. If you're willing to spend more than three times as much ($30) for pre-drilled holes, then perhaps this isn't for you. But for anyone looking for a practical, well-made, and affordable clothes drying solution, this rack is a no-brainer. It's easy to install, easy to use, and looks great. I highly recommend it! Five stars! Read more
*UPDATE TO MY ORIG REVIEW-The bars are hollow and collapsed today, completely bent, and broke off from the bottom. It is unfixable. It looked promising when I first put it together but the truth is it’s a weak system. I do not recommend. If only I could get my money back. Ugh. I am happy with this rack. It was very easy to put together and feels pretty solid considering it’s not solid steel. It’s simple and functional. Has stoppers on each end of the hanging rod so your clothes don’t slide off. The basket is very useful and strong for what it’s made for. I like that it’s not bulky. Got it to hang clothes as I purge and organize the closets. It does the job. Gave it 4 stars because the basket has nothing to keep it in place, it just sits on the bottom rods, no clips to secure it to the rods. I secured the basket with zip ties to keep it immobile and it’s perfect now. Read more
This rack works good for me. Happy about it. It's easy to set and It's a good quality one match their price except the wheels are kind of small, but I think it's not a problem as I don't really wheel it around. The basket is pretty good for socks and some other small things you like to organize together. So helpful when you dress up, you have everything together here and easy to find. The height is adjustable, I love this too. I wish the little two nobs on the two sides of the rack could be bigger and taller, then it could stop the hanger falls out even you overloaded. Of course the hangers won't fall if you don't overload. If you have a ton of clothes, buy the bigger size be better. Read more
Product arrived quickly, and was pretty simple to build. It looks good from a distance! The parts are all painted silver, so when sliding the tubes into each other some of the paint was scratched away and made a mess; however, it isnt visible when assembled. One of the phillips-head screws came faulty. The grooves were not drilled out and so it could not be screwed into place. I just left it out, since gravity will hold the top bar in just fine, but i thought it was important to note. The wheels also do not roll easily even unweighted and over hard floors. It holds a lot of clothes and even some hanging shoe storage well without bending too much in the middle (i have it pretty loaded up), so i would say it’s much more stable than my old cheap Ikea rack. As a last point, it was very difficult to install the clips holding the basket together, so expect some frustration and sore thumbs when youre done. All that said, for $30 I would buy it again if i needed another. Read more
This item came with some defects, but they are not easily visible. The finish and the basket design are not worth the price of the item. The biggest issue is the directions which were almost useless and the assembly is very hard on the fingers. Read more
I'm like you. I bought it bc it had a decent price, perfect size, but when I opened it, I could tell it was very cheaply made and wasn't going to work. Being the stubborn person I am, I put it together hoping it would be nice and strong when completed...and nope, it's a cheap hunk of metal. the metal bars are not worthy of being called sturdy. the basket is pretty cheap too. they're just short of being able to deform with my hands. and the wheels? forget about it. they'd get stuck in my carpeting. they're way too small for anything but a Barbie toy...wait not even for that bc Barbie is high end. I'm very disappointed because it was the perfect size. I'm back on the search for the perfect laundry buddy. Now I'm going to take it apart and I probably DIDN'T learn my lesson bc some things are just too good to be true....yeah yeah...remember? stubborn and apparently a sucker. Ugh!! Addendum Found a good one for $24.99 more. MUCH MUCH better. Good luck. Golpart Heavy Duty Clothes Rack... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBK4458L?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share Read more
This is actually wider than I had envisioned. This seems very sturdy. The basket was a little odd to put together it seemed like it wasn’t fitting together nicely but it did end up closing up and not bending. It rolls smooth and no squeaking thus far. Read more
