Great for removing makeup- works best using cotton rounds instead of toilet paper. It doesnt leave my face feeling greasy but you definitely want to wash your face afterwards to remove all traces of makeup. Works on waterproof mascara as long as you follow directions. Doesnt irritate sensitive skin, but it can cause pimples if you dont do a full wash after removing makeup. Read more
I know this is meant to be a makeup remover, but we use the Garnier Micellar Water as a quick fix for oily hair and it works so well! I just pour some into a spray bottle and mist it on my roots — it instantly refreshes my hair and takes away that greasy look without drying it out. It leaves my hair soft, clean, and light. Hands down the best eye makeup remover I, personally, have ever tried. It's not oily, it doesn't burn your eyes, it does an amazing job at removing waterproof mascara, & the bottle is really big so you definitely get your moneys worth.
