I was really disappointed with this double hammock set because I was unable to even use it. While the hammock itself is very nice, the stand made the entire product unusable. On the positive side, the hammock fabric is soft, thick, and feels sturdy, with beautiful, vibrant colors. The metal pieces included for the stand are thick and feel heavy-duty, and I appreciated that each piece comes with protective caps. The storage/carry bag is also a great addition and would make this set convenient for travel if it actually worked. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the stand. I could not get it assembled because the bottom pole does not fit together properly. The opening appears bent or misshapen, making it impossible to insert the connecting piece. Because of this, the stand cannot be put together at all, rendering the hammock stand unusable. Overall, while the materials themselves seem promising, the inability to assemble the stand is a major flaw. The media could not be loaded. This comes in a few pieces; the metal frame has 5 pieces, there are 2 hooks for the hardware, and the hammock itself. I will say, this was a bit of a pain to put together. The frame and hardware were fine, but the hammock is a VERY tight fit. I couldn't get it on to start, and thought maybe the directions were dated, and I needed to turn the hooks the other way. That was absolutely not the right way lol. I then thought maybe the hammock was too short/small for the frame I got, but no, that's not the case, either. It's just a really, REALLY tight fit to get the hammock on. The hammock stretches, but not easily. I'm not complaining at all! I love that it's so secure and tight-fitting. After I finally got it together, it was perfect. It's a great height that I can still get on, but when sitting in it, it doesn't put me too high or too near the ground. The only downside I've found to this hammock is that with the ropes and the type of material used, my dog thinks it's meant to be a chew toy. We're working on that :) Read more
This hammock is really comfortable and the stand is simple to put together. It feels steady when you sit or lay on it and the fabric is soft. The size is good for relaxing and it holds weight well without wobbling. I like that it comes with a carrying bag so I can move it around the yard or take it somewhere.
