I waited to give this a good trial and have found it works so much better than a microwave-heated mask. I took it on a two -week trip overseas and it was convenient to use and charge. I have very dry eyes and blepharitis and using this for 15 minutes when I wake up and before going to sleep has made a huge difference. Many days I have needed zero eye drops. It is soft and comfortable. Easy to use: just hold down the power button then pick how warm you like it; I found II to be perfect.It heats up quickly and keeps a steady temperature.
