I purchased this product October 2nd. I was telling a friend that I wasn't feeling any type of frequency and she suggested I get a testing kit and test the connection. When I did this it was a few days after the return timeframe and sure enough when tested the device was not grounding. I'm hoping the seller gets in touch with me to make things right.
