VERY silky smooth against the skin. Very stretchy, but almost too stretchy. The material is not quite as thick or compression-y as, say, the Oalka brand, but they're very comfy. I also like that you can choose from 3 different inseam lengths, & when they're on sale, the price is very low for the quality. They don't ride up, either. I'm 5'4, 165lbs. These are so comfortable it’s criminal. Love the pockets, they hold up well with time and washing, and the color hasn’t faded. I did notice the way the waist is designed does make me notice my stomach a little more when wearing these, however, they are extremely comfortable and a great pair of shorts. The pockets are also deep and sturdy. I have these in several colors. Only downside is that they do tend to ride up on, but I love these for gym, shorts or weightlifting as they aren’t see-through at all. Read more

LOVE THESE !!! They are exactly as described, buttery soft and comfy. The pockets on each side are the perfect size for iPhone, keys and ID. Was a little worried that the 3 inch would be too short and uncomfortable, but that is not the case at all. These are the perfect thing to wear under my pocketless sundresses!! Will be buying more!!! Fabric is okay and not itchy. Washed on a medium cycle in cold water and didn't dry and they seem to be alright. Definitely NOT squat proof; you can see through the thin fabric. Not something I'll be wearing to the gym or for hiking. Bought to wear under dresses or with a long tee/sweatshirt for quick errands. Pockets are a nice bonus. Medium weight fabric. Not too thick and not see through. Pockets on each side are not very deep but sufficient for a cell phone. Wear large. Bought large and fit perfectly. As happens with "made in China" shorts, there is no indication of front and back. FYI... the Inside white tag goes on your left side. Great shorts. Read more
