A little loud but worked fine until it died after 9 months. GE apparently doesn’t consider it a small appliance so they require a warranty repair visit instead of just replacing it. Update: when I called they claimed they didn’t have parts for it instead of just admitting fixing didn’t make economic sense and came up with a complicated reimbursement scheme they dare to call a “goodwill certificate” instead of something legally required under their warranty. I have to buy a new GE product and in 6-8 weeks they say they’ll reimburse me up to MSRP of the current one if I properly fill out paperwork they’re mailing me and mail it back with the receipt. Presumably they came up with this knowing many customers would forget or mess up the paperwork. Read more
