Good Product
This microwave gets a lot of use and it has held up to 8 grandchildren using it, and they aren't exactly gentle with machinery. I would definitely recommend the fingerprint resistant model over the non fingerprint resistant. Read more

I Like it But Keypad is Not Fingerprint Resistant
I paid extra for it not to show fingerprints but I guess that feature only works on the stainless steel because the key pad shows fingerprints horribly. Other than that I like it and hope it last longer than the last one I had did. Read more

looks great but I can't use it. The plastic ring that goes under the rotating plate was broken. After an hour on the phone with GE, I was finally able to get another one shipped. Read more
damaged bent exterior microwave above door/control panel.
I didnt get to use this product. It was damaged when i took it out of the box. not happy!! Dont drop the microwave before packaging to ship out. Read more

Upon arriving days later than was estimated the microwave was opened and we had recieved a used greasy old microwave had dents that someone had returned. Very disappointing that this some how slipped passed quality control. Read more
